I have been in Taiwan since 1998 – 16 years as of this writing. Both my wife and I are from Europe. Two of our kids are born in Germany, two more in Taiwan.

While here I have done Java and C++ programming, software development, technical management, sales and sales management, acquired an MBA in general management from an Australian university.

For a few years now I have switched my focus toward family (4 kids and wife) and to writing – film scripts, blogging while I make ends meet speculating in the American stock and options market.

And I’m finally studying Chinese as if my life depended on it.
